Bacche bahut cute hote hai aur unka chehra dekhar hi dinbhar ki sari thakaan dur ho jaati hai. Aapne aksar dekha hoga ki sisu sote samaye nind me musurate hai aur unka muraata chehra dekh kar apka dil bhi khush ho jaata hai. Lekin kya aapne kabhi yah socha hai ki sisu nind me kyu muskurate hai ? Yese hi anginat sawal bacche se related apke maan me jurur aate hoge . 1.    Baccche me emotional development hona:- 
       Jaagte samye, bacche kai sari alag-alag aawaje sunte hai aur                nai chijo ko dekhte hai. ISh samaye ke dauraan, bacche ka                 vikasshil dimag apne rojana ke anubhawo aur jaankariyo ko               record kar sakta hai aur jb bacche so raha hota hai ush dauraan           yah thought process karne lagta hai. Ishliye jb baccha happy               emotion feel karta hai to sote samaye muskuraane ya hasana               ushke emotional develop hone ka process hai .


2.    Gas pass karna:-
        Yesa mana jaata hai ki 3-4 months ka ho jaane k baad bacche            social smile dena suru kar dete hai. Lekin agar koi baccha                janam k sururaati kuch hafto me muskuraata hai, to ho sakta hai         ki ushke gas pass ho rahi ho. Halaki ish baat ka koi scientific            proof nhi hai. Fir bhi, yah fact hai ki pet ki paresani ke karan            bacche chirchire rahte hai aur gas pass ho jaane ke baad unhe            rahat mahsus hoti hai. To sone ke dauraan bacche ki                            muskuraane ks ek karan ye bhi ho sakta hai. 

3.    REM sleep cycle:-
       REM sleep cycle ke dauraan bacche ko kuch saririk parivartano        ka anubhav ho sakta hai, jisse ushko reflux trigger ho sakta hao        aur baccha nind me muskura sakta hai.


  • Tummy Time hota kya hai? 
        Aaj kal hum sab tummy time k baare me sunte hai. Actualme            tummy time hota kya hai? Bacche se tummy time ka kya                    connection hai ? Tummy time ko bacche kaise enjoy karte hai or         ishse bacche ko kya fayede hote hai ?

        Bacche jb pet k bal sote hai or ush time ko enjoy karte hai use hi         tummy time bolte hai. As a mother, ush time hum bacche k sath         hi bahut enjoy krte hai.
