Why is parental engagement important?

Parental involvement helps to creates a more positive experience for children and helps children perform better when they are in school. It is essential for parents to support the learning that happens in preschool settings at home as well.

Why are kids addicted to mobile or other digital device?

For many people, social interaction stimulates the release of dopamine.

Dopamine is a type of neurotransmitter. Your body makes it, and your nervous system uses it to send messages between nerve cells. That's why it's sometimes called a chemical messenger. Dopamine plays a role in how we feel pleasure. It's a big part of our unique human ability to think and plan.



Today's teens face intense levels of pressure. Sometimes their phone use is tied to recreational activity and can help them relieve stress, but other times they use their phones to keep up with their busy lives.

Children are becoming addicted to cell phones, as parents use this to help their child in certain situations. For example:- when they are at a restaurant or grocery shopping, and they may hand them their phone playing their favorite cartoon.

How are we engage your kids in different activities ?

There are many ways to engage your  kids and make a bonding strong. Kids are so precious gift, enjoy a parenthood as much as possible.

  • Build a fort.
  • Let them help you
  • Create a game box
  • Have them make their own cartoon
  • Generate a idea box
Children always learn through play, and that is what your 4 to 5 year old should be doing. At this age, your child should be running, hopping, throwing and kicking balls, climbing and swinging with ease.

Most children this age begin to develop greater independence, self-control and creativity. They are content to play with toys for longer periods of time are eager to try new things.

Engaging Activities or playing with kids

1.    Play with Puzzles

        At four, your little one should be able to put together a simple puzzle. Allowing to play with puzzles is a great development activity that helps with dexterity, spatial awareness, and cognitive skills. 


2.    Practice Drawing with Crayons

    Crayons are funs and inexpensive which makes it an ideal learning activity. At 4, you are able to give them a little more freedom to color without having to worry as much about the messy they will make. It's fantastic and easy activity to perfect their fine motor skills and encourage their imagination.



3.    Play with Playdough

    Play dough has endless combination which not only makes this fun activity entertaining, but also lasting. Your little one can enjoy hours of rolling, shaping, and cutting all the while using their imagination and creativity.




4.   Build a Fort     

    Forts are even more fun at this age than ever before because your preschool can make it exactly what they want. It becomes a fun place for them to read books, play with stuffed animals, and maybe even take a nap. Fort kits are a fun way to let your child's imagination really run free because of the endless combinations you can create.



5.    Play a Board Game

    Although this is a fun activity for 4 years old's it does require a second player. However, board games are a great learning activity  to teach your little one about taking turns and following instructions. They will simply feel like they are playing while they are learning these important life skills.




6.    Practice with Scissor Skills

    Kid safe scissor activities are great for practicing dexterity and fine motor skills and it is a great way to let your preschooler have a little bit of freedom and independence.



7.    Make Puppets

    Arts and crafts are an awesome stimulating activity for preschooler and making puppets is a great way to combine that with imaginative play as they make up a life for puppet afterwards. Coming up with puppet shows after is another great activity that will last for a long time.
